Emotional intelligence as a measurable skill
Greenhouse approaches emotional intelligence not as a vague personal ideal, but as a set of trainable, observable capabilities with real organisational consequences. Its proprietary EQ Leadership Index provides a structured framework for developing and tracking four core domains: Emotional Presence, Generative Curiosity, Perceptual Accuracy, and Calibrated Response — making emotional intelligence teachable, observable, and measurable at the organisational level.

The Attuned Listening Workshop
One of Greenhouse's central offers is the Attuned Listening Workshop: a practical, facilitated session designed to help teams and leaders develop a richer quality of listening — not simply listening to reply, but listening that creates clarity, safety, and meaningful connection.
Using the RIRA methodology (Regulate, Inquire, Reflect, Advance), participants build a shared language and directly applicable practices that reduce reactivity, surface assumptions, and support more accurate, generous response. The workshop is designed for groups of 8–20 and is delivered in English, in person or online.
This is not a soft-skills add-on. Attuned Listening is a core discipline for any organisation where psychological safety development and communication quality have a direct effect on culture and retention.
