Turn a real business challenge into a clear, workable AI decision blueprint—guided by experienced AI practitioners with a practical, decision-making focus.
About this workshop
AI Decision Lab helps leaders turn a real organisational challenge into a clear AI decision blueprint. You define the challenge from your context, work through a structured framework, and make the key decisions needed to shape an AI approach that is useful, responsible and grounded in reality.
Why this matters now
Many organisations feel pressure to “do something with AI”, yet decision-makers still need clarity on what AI is actually for, where it fits, who owns it, and what governance and risk controls are required. This workshop is designed to reduce decision fog and replace it with a blueprint you can take into your next internal conversation.
What your team will take away
You leave with:
-
clearer AI decisions
-
a leadership-ready blueprint
-
sharper implementation judgement
The blueprint can be translated into a custom AI helper so you can test decisions in practice—within a safe sandbox approach—rather than debating AI only in theory.
How it works
The lab follows three steps: define your challenge around AI; build a structured blueprint that clarifies what AI should achieve and how it should operate responsibly; then test your results through a custom AI helper so the logic becomes tangible and testable.
Workshop format
-
A half-day or full-day session for leaders and decision-makers
-
Hosted on-site or online
-
Designed as an executive strategy exercise with time for Q&A
Who is behind it
AI Decision Lab is designed by educators and AI practitioners who believe leaders understand AI best when they can experiment, question and make real decisions together. The wider Synarchy team brings complementary strengths: human-centred AI strategy, governance and compliance thinking, and learning design that keeps complex topics usable.
What can come after
If the lab reveals a need for deeper work, follow-ons described across the initiative include:
-
AI readiness assessments (research and report)
-
AI ambassadorship programmes (train-the-trainer and reverse mentorship)
-
Tailored (e)learning materials that help teams build capability over time
