Roleplay card game workshop
Neuroinclusion at Work
Hosted by: Michel Le Roux // Nathalie MacCarthy
Designed by: Bipolar Belong // Greenhouse Consulting // Humanum Huis // Rethinking the Box
A hands-on roleplaying card game that helps teams learn, feel and discuss neuroinclusion and neurodiversity in a way that’s practical, safe and memorable.
About this workshop
Neuroinclusion at Work is built around an interactive roleplaying card game (also presented as “Introduction to Neuroinclusion”). It turns an abstract topic into an experience: teams play through scenarios, practise language, and learn what inclusion looks like in everyday workplace moments.
Why this matters now
Many organisations want to support neurodivergent colleagues, but get stuck between good intentions and real behaviour. Without a shared language, people avoid the topic, stigma quietly persists, and small misunderstandings grow into friction, absenteeism or loss of talent. This workshop is designed to make the topic discussable—without turning it into a lecture.
What your team will take away
You leave with:
-
quick recommendations tailored to what surfaced in the room
-
a neuroinclusion guide
-
a follow-up debrief option
Most importantly, participants gain a practical feel for how disclosure, assumptions, “harmful actions”, mindset and strengths affect belonging and performance.
How it works
We will give you a free intake beforehand, introducing you to the concept of neuroinclusion and explaining the purpose of the workshop.
During the game session, the facilitator guides the group through the roleplay card game, pauses for reflection and sense-making, and closes with clear next actions. The format is designed to stay human and low-threshold, while still being honest about what’s difficult.
